Hunter is literally the most aesthetic class for Trolls. The way they shoot their bows is awesome, and mail is the best looking armor type on them since they look like shit in Plate and Cloth

you apply the glyph directly to the affected spell in your spellbook
some cosmetic effects were turned into spelltomes or toys, like illusion and dalaran brilliance

Reminder that the only way for WoW to have plot development worth a damn that isn't just 'an ancient evil awakens, team up with your enemies to destroy it' is to have actual resolutions and consequences to the Alliance/Horde conflict.

Cities destroyed/taken over, races enslaved and exiled, new alliances being made, and actual change coming to the game world and relationships between races.

they're okay. their damage isnt spectacular and they are pretty squishy for a melee class, but they have the most utility out of any hunter spec

Help me out a bit. I'm trying to figure out the lore reasoning behind demon hunters and how old they actually are. I know that Illidan fought in the war of the acients but got imprisoned for TEN THOUSAND YEARS for saving the moonwell and being a key part to the legions downfall by "joining" them and stabbing them in the back, then he got freed to help against the second invasion after humans went full derp with magic, and with the powers of gul'dan turning him into a demon hunter he got banished but then malfurion was like, "i love you bro" after illidan helped save Tyrande from the lich king.

And from what I understand right after that illidan peaced out to outaland to fight demons and ended up grabbing the blood elves that were working under Kael'thas and those blood elves became demon hunters in his army.

But where did the kaldorei come from? Did they follow illidan to outland? I assume some of the kaeldori agreed with illidan that the burning legion needed to be stopped so they followed him through the dark portal.

But why were blood elves in outland? I'm reading the wiki but there's so much information it's hard to take it all in.
