10n yes with high burst, Arcane and marks could do this before prepatch with ease if they were decently geared, any higher difficulty and you'd be needing 745+ gear and even then it'd be difficult.

Yet all of these threads are full with "Wahhhh Blizzard you ruined my fun" I guess by fun they meant the fun they were having watching netflix while alt+tabbed.

lol there's even less reason to take this over Indomitable now, it was already garbage, now it's worse. The effective health coupled with the Ignore Pain means NS used to only get better at about 50% now it's just completely horrible unless you're hovering below 40% for the majority of the fight.
