Doom is fucking shit because his ultimate is a ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY FIVE SECONDS cooldown for a single target disable that does pitiful damage and doesn't even stun/slow. On top of this and scorched earth is a 55 second cooldown you have just about the most CD dependent hero in the game since all he can do when these spells are on CD is infernal blade.

No clue how icefraud fixes him though without some kind of rework.

I'm close to reaching 4k mmr.

Mirana is not even in top tier farming abusers. The biggest fault in ranked is the lack of punishment for hardcore farmers.

This is true. It's why a memer like alchemist can actually win pubs while getting stomped at TI. It's just difficult sometimes you have 5 people who half the time don't even speak the same language and you have to communicate some how.
