I like the jumping animations on guns like torb's and junkrat's too.

Make her ultimate single target but increase the charge time dramatically.
Having her would effectively be having a 5 v 6 in most situations, but on top of her healing/boosting she can bring back valuable players at least once per team fight, twice for the longer ones, three times if the enemy team has no idea what they're doing.

I personally think she just needs to heal faster.

55 hp/s or 60 hp/s if she's going to be a single player healer.

If you get everything too soon you won't buy any loot boxes.
