Except companies don't ignore consumer opinion, and people don't ignore it either; I guarantee you Bethesda is losing sales every time a casual videogame-buying human sees that 55% user score, because people tend to be pretty cautious about a 60$ plus tax purchase, and in between that and the latest Call of Duty or Halo they'll choose that over Fallout 4. I don't doubt this has contributed to the slower modding scene and general lack of interest in Fallout 4. That's how regular people think. A lot of people even tend to trust common opinion over critical opinion.

Once you give them to one of the three raider groups, they send like 6-7 guys to sort of inhabit the central part of it, and then all enemies stay dead.

Not true - Bloodworms still respawn in Dry Rock Gulch.

Not him, but Fallout has always had a smaller and slower modding scene then TES.

People generally like scfi less then fantasy, and Fallout isn't as established as TES is.

But what if you don't join any of the raiders and choose to free the slaves instead? Do randoms spawn in there or is the park just out right abandoned?

Is there any point in making anything workshop related? It seems like a lot of work for very minimal outcome. I was going to try to make some kind of animal butchery/food making plant but it just seems like it wouldn't work very well.

I am actually not sure, I helped the raiders clear the park, and then only betrayed them once they started asking me to raid The Commonwealth.

There's probably gonna be a mod that adds them to the leveled lists in the vanilla world.

Or wasteland workshop versions you can capture in mods.

I might modify them a little and add horns to make more Deathclaw variants, too.

The very first thing you see in the very first game of the series is the U.S. military being dickbags.

How do you mean? They're just getting rid of Canadians.

Part of the raider questline involves setting up three bases in the Commonwealth, and in order ot get the mission to report power to the park on the raider side, you have to do it.

You can side against the raiders and kill their leader, and you will get an objective to go turn on the park's power, but you cannot beat the raider questline without taking over places in The Commonwealth.

no, it's still held like a rifle. the gun has recoil on par with the Assault Rifle, so it's basically just an aesthetic choice.
