The shit that gives her 4k reflex multiplies 86 by 4 since her base is about 1000 at level 60, considering hypermax and generous manager buffs.

Meta's reflex isn't actually top tier stat-wise, so it does affect more than Meta users as long as they're using the same setup

Problem is that everyone's Meta anyway, but at the same time that does mean 4k is a ridiculous reflex number because of Metas reducing each other's reflexes down to mid 3ks. Still pretty big though
