She's shit. On top of her cooldown being too long, you'd still need to heal after her skill 2 which basically means Sage is going to be pretty much required to run her effectively. Theres no way the drain on that skill is going to be good enough to heal you significantly from 1 HP. At best you're getting a chance to 1-hit wonder at 1HP with claw build and ougi chain it. Afterwards you're either dead or have been healed up and the claw build is shit again because you've healed.
