Waifufag who are also tournament players do but most waifufags are just stream monsters. A lot of top waifu players are actually not waifufags or at the very least hide their powerlevel.

Yes. Everyone has pretty much the same universal options to deal with situations and combos are the same, the only difference is normals and specials, which is fairly easy to get used to.
