4th gauge can show oil pressure, temp and water temp, navigation, bluetooth music or phone, g-forces, tire pressures, trip information and for some reason a 2nd little tach that goes yellow over 5k RPM, and red over 6k by default.

Oil and water temp and oil pressure is by far the most common one used. I go between that and tire pressures typically. Occasionally I'll use the phone screen because it's really easy to dial a phone book entry or a recent number.
Trip info, shift assist, music, GPS and g-forces are rarely used.
I reset the g-force meter before a spirited drive because it will record the maximum achieved, just check it when I get back home.
