By the way, I personally almost never actually scope in while gunning, I use the third person scope by holding down R for most of my shots. I think other gunners do this as well and it lets you pull off quick shots.

So I noticed when watching some HBG players that when they do an adept evade they can skip some parts of the power reload animation and quickly aim to shoot. How do you do that? Tried holding R but I still go through the entire slow reload animation

If you tap A right after the bushidodge you can start shooting right away, but I don't think you can aim, so you'll end up shooting in the direction you rolled, at the base height. So I'm not sure how useful would that be.

Personally I think it's good to work on accuracy first rather than quick kills so that you get the basics down. Try to get as many shots to hit weak spots as you can and you'll find yourself getting quicker over time.

Whew lad I'd pay money to be able to do that. It might be that the gun he's using has a very fast reload and he just loads and then aims smoothly every single time. If there's some button combo to do that then I'm missing it too.

I can understand if people find it comfier. I mean, sure it has less monsters and less weapons. But I guess that lower level of complexity made it a very comfortable first entry compared to, for example, 4U.

That's why, even if objectively it has less content, it might be regarded as the most comfortable place to start. As many started in Tri, they have fonder memories of that game rather than those who started in later or earlier games.

This is all just speculation though. I started in Tri and it is how I feel, but I never played 3U.

I don't even know why they made his resting place in that fucking cancerous cave near the pool of water all the way on the other fucking side of the map where you usually fight him. Especially considering there are atleast 3 other fucking little caves he could have made home in around the area you usually fight him in. I guess they're all too small? Ironic considering how fucking cramped area 3 is.
