She can beat you in lane (but a lot of people can beat Talon in lane anyway.) If she's clever, she'll make it impossible for you to kill her with her root and her ultimate. You really want to stay away from her because of how dangerous her ultimate is. If she gets you, you will die. Roam harder than her, and see if she'll fuck up, notably with her claw or wasting spells while CS'ing. You outscale her very clearly for damage, but she's really part mage and part support with the amount of CC in her kit, which is not something that any assassin wants to be around.

Rule #1 dont spam your E every time it's up unless you're ahead/can land it/don't get butchered while you're showing them your office
against vayne and ez you can just out waveclear them with your Q and wait for other teammates to help unless you can't avoid getting poked down. If they get too aggressive they'll probably end up in your W range anyway
