Something tells me this video is misleading, the main source of the damage is the amount of fucking enemies there were linked+knoted and magic misile, the first sage skill doesn't do as much damage as the first magic missile. You can most likely pull off this combo right now on iToS if you find a linker3, 10 enemies or so, a pelt to lure them and then do what the video shows.

Quests alone can't give enough exp to cover some level gaps. If you're a NEET who plays 24/7 you'll need to grind, but otherwise doing your daily instances should be enough to let you get away with no grind.

I'm not sure what to get after Cleric2>Diev>Sadhu3 now. I was hoping for Kabbalist to be my savior, but the Merkabah atts, that makes it slower will need me to move along with it, which goes really bad with Sadhu.
The same goes for Oracle invincible circle.

I find it hard to believe you didn't do even a single mission in the meantime. What probably happened is you used instances to keep in quest map level range then later blew all your cards as you went along.

Just go cleric 3 for more saftey wall and fade, and then go taoist for that skill to hide you and that damage scroll so you can do some other damage while attacking.
