Can Rare Dockhand Wraiths not spawn in the Aqueducts? I've gone through like 10 instances now and I've only seen normal and magic packs.

if not, try your luck with docks, area level doesn't matter at all for prophecy

Got Quill Rain and now I want to make a ranger build with high attack speed, a bit of mana leech/gained on hit, and preferably elemental weapon damage with crit so I can dish out status ailments.
Maybe go for the frenzy charge ascendancy class.

Explosive Arrow with Elemental Overload is your only option for a Quill Rain build.

You can use Quill Rain for CoC Barrage as well, but I prefer other bows.
Storm Cloud is nice for leveling.
Upgrading to a Tempest and using it for a CoC Barrage Assassin using only lightning spells is a fun little snowflake build, but ultimately using Voltaxic and grabbing the Poison Ascendancy node is better in the end.

that's why you use explosive arrow, it's pretty much the biggest source of flat damage you can get on something. It would dwarf all the flat damage you can get on every other piece of gear, so elemental overload increasing explosive arrow's base damage will be better than trying to build crit.

worm jacks up your other reservations (all of them) by 40%. with worm, you get one and maybe discipline.
