Here is a tier list made by a pro player for pro level play in conquest. There wasn't icon for the two newest god, but in the video he placed Erlang Shen in S and Terra in A+.
A rank is balanced god.

I would say that the game is relatively balanced, you can pick most gods and do well with them as long as you do what you are doing.

Keep in mind it's in all mode and at all level of play, for example Loki is ranked high because he is a pubstomp god, you will rape low skilled player with him but the more you progress the less effective he becomes. Same for Anubis he can pubstomp people by shitting damage particulary in a game mode like Arena where is lack of mobility is less of a burden, but he will be shit in conquest in higher level of play.
