you can freeze it to lock them there, you can attack with them but they're just invisible in your hands

yes, it took off a percentage(30-50%) of health if it triggered, and was extremely easy to inflict. Combined with dealing damage at the same time it'd be an instant kill most of the time.

rogue with any fast weapon with innate bleed on a hollow build is really really good since bleed applies even if you get roll through the attack

An easy solution would be to make it unusable with weapons that already have bleed, whether it's innate or infused.

I thought bleed infused weapons couldn't be buffed anyway

the frigid outskirts are BY FAR THE WORST DESIGNED AREA IN ALL OF DARK SOULS SERIES. this is in the ds2 dlc. like its not even close how fucking GARBAGE the map design is. its very difficult for all the wrong reasons

>you CANT SEE ANYTHING. this is actually okay in a 1v1 situation with the horsies, but there are other mobs in the zone who are slightly less hard than the horsies, but they are virtually unbeatable together
>there is virtually no indication of where the landmarks are during a snowstorm. you cannot possibly tell me to use the sun as a reference point to get back to a landmark, when im going around in circles fighting horsies
>the horsies spawn AT THE EXACT SAME TIME AS WHEN U AGRO THE SWORD GUY. like instantly its a bullshit 2v1. the sword guy has stupid ammounts of health, and his atack animation recovery is UNBELIEAVELY fast. atleast with the ice lancer hes kind of slow, i tried 4 backstabs and all of them misses on the sword guy, only then to be instantly charged by a horsie and die

like i can 1v1 a hornie 0 to death without taking damage no problem, its just that 2v1 in a area i cant possibly even SEE and the random spawns are just mindblowingly stupid

like the horse charges at you from a COMPLETLY RANDOM LOCATION. half the time i dont even know where it is before it takes half my hp pool

its mindblowing how anyone thinks this is a good level design. like i had no problems with any other area in either ds1 or 2, not even any remote problems, but this area is just horrible game design.
