I think Memeaxe has a sort of fun character concept, but his art sucks and so does everything else about him. Anne & Mary are also fun.

I don't really mind Romulus, he's just too ridiculous for me to even bother, and Scathach's character concept is attributed to Nasu anyway. Boudicca is just crap. No strong opinion on Altera either way.

It was never said it was Nasu idea. Just that the artist got orders to make him fat so everyone assumed it was Nasu, but it seems it was actually Sakurai since the book even says when two writers cooperate to create the character.

Because she doesn't use her eyes in Fate route either when fighting Saber, the entire time. For probably a few reasons, Shinji can't take it, its a drain on Sakura, or maybe bad memories from life which is why she doesn't use monstrous strength ability.

Same reason Tamamo doesn't use half her abilities.

Also because in terms of plot she was just meant to lose there. In order to build up a new threat, she just had to lose. Also because her identity was meant to be hidden until HF.

They are not black and it doesn't need it. It is not Nasu's fault most important historical and mythological figures aren't black.
