Don't get me wrong, I used to be an EDM fag too, but Trance is shit. Just make the jump to Vaporwave and associated genres. Way better music. Down tempo, but not completely monotonous and boring.

I also went the other way with EDM. I still like the really hyper stuff, but not much is better than 90's happy hardcore in that regard (honorable mention to hardstyle), and that made Eurodance an instant fit for me. It's as close to a blend of 90's rave and Vaporwave as I have found.

there are programs that help with this

while the monitor player is keeping main speakers up and running
the set up is to have player A with the current song and player B with the next song
both outputting to headphones with player A outputting to the left channel and B to the right

then you use the loop function to find parts of both songs that have the same beats per minute
and if they don't you can use a combination of pitch and tempo alteration to make sure that they do (playback speed can be changed independently(rare feature)
then when the time is right you Cue player A on its loop that then gets cross-faded into the CUE of player B
and in this way a beat is never missed
