They're reevaluating their assets after the case and payment of damages to Hogan before they file their taxes. So it's an extension before they get fucked up the ass by the IRS.

thats not how bankruptcy works friend. they still have to sell their assets to pay creditors.
trump isnt broke because non-small businesses are treated as separate entities it's owner's assets are protected.
