I don't play league of legends or watch it but looking at your patch notes I think the people who are in charge of them don't know much about balancing.
Every hero constantly has 2 or 3 small to medium changes on them. You might have one that's teetering on the verge of being good, then they get 2 or 3 small buffs and instead of pushing them over the edge into good it propels them into the god tier.
Same when one is too strong, instead of one or two small nerfs to bring them down, so they are still usable but less so, they instead get a dozen small nerfs that deletes them from being usable entirely.

When you have three things, one that's good all the time, one that's situationally good and one that's dumpster tier outclassed by everything your goal shouldn't be to cycle them so they all get a chance to be god tier, situational and dumpster. Your goal should be to get to a point where they are all situational at least, even if some are a lot more prevalent you can give them slight nerfs and slight buffs to weaker characters that fulfil a similar role.

if you want to go bot as a way to keep 2 enemies in check, pick up adcing (but please don't, you're bronze)
stop playing these random champions that you clearly never play except for a game here and there. you have 20 fucking champions that you played once or twice with a 0% wr on all of them together.
pick a few champions, learn them, and spam them.
queue mid/top and your champions should be something like annie mid (you had a viktor game you popped off on, maybe consider him too), perhaps fizz too, with jax and trundle top.
