Also elememes are walking meme clouds. Trading 20 extra seconds of cooldown for ability to affect flying as well as having free heals and invincibility from your class tree among other things is well worth it.

Elememes got cucked so hard in r8. Also, with diev1 you can have that cooldown reduction statue to make it a 40s cooldown. So 2 rank/circle investment for superior meme cloud while also having heals+invulnerability+endless utility from the cleric tree. How can dps wizards even compete?

Wheel has 1700 more base damage than meme cloud at just level 5 (2336 against meme cloud's 643), and it'll only get bigger. You don't even need that much funding to compete with a funded elememe.

1k per wheel isn't that bad, the skill consumes just one unlike the Daoshi charms.

Breaking wheel's duration increases with levels. The tick rate also looks as fast as if not as fast as frost cloud. With diev1 the cooldown is just 10 seconds longer than frost cloud, so you're trading 10 seconds cooldown for a frost cloud that can hit flying, has better scaling, and while also having the rest of the OP support skills in the cleric tree. There is literally no reason to roll an elememe now.

Yeah I was just speaking from a solo perspective, but of course that along with just being a cleric at all means there's no use for elememes now, not even just for the class bonus since support wizards still function well.
