The inherent problem with Hearthstone is that tech cards are all but useless even in a tournament setting. The "tech" card commonly used is Flare and that was basically just a cantrip for Hunters.

They need to implement a sideboard rule

I haven't had any bullshit Barnes yet so I can't judge for it. I've had boom bots double trade and hit my Ancient of War for 4 to kill it before, Ragnaros miss 5 minions on board and lethal me in the face but I believe Yogg is the worst of all.

You can't really slam the other cards and hope to win the game if you're already losing with the exception of Ragnaros but that requires a specific condition. Yogg basically throws the rest of the game out the window and can turn a 100% loss into a win.

Well Ragnaros can be annoying. It's somewhat like a "8 mana Charge, attack a random opponent at the end of the turn, immune when attacking"

It can bypass taunts and he's a RNG machine.
