Chaos is only 8 bucks because 1. It was always going to be at least half finished and in the game in the same way that Bretonnia was before they got the funding to flesh it out as pre-order DLC and 2. because charging 15 bucks would have caused even more backlash. When you buy Chaos you're essentially paying for half a race.

The Race packs are gonna be 15, not 8.

Responding to this post and can add to this post I'm trying to think back to Sigmar's Blood. Ghost is not that different from Kemmler but does have some differences.I'll put down the rules I can remember of him.

Necromancer Helman Ghorst-He is a level 2 Necromancer with Cursed book, hand weapon and has a stronger Corpse Cart. Knows Gaze of Nagash and Danse Macabre.

Considering the trailer shows Ghorst raising Undead and a Corpse Cart allows extra raising of dead as well as Undead to attack first; Ghorst will be a major support LL who can raise and buff units quickly.

The Arch Lector means we can have a New type of commander in our armies, and the Ghoul king means a melee lord for VC instead of having to rely on the Wight King.
