they're cheap plastic shit

you misspelled tesla

I dunno about Americans,

but here in Europe Ford interiors are absolute trash. Such cheap nasty plastic it feels like those cheap Chinese plastic electronics you buy that come apart

FRAM and Pennzoil in charge of the oil and oil filter. Using anything else voids the warranty.

>they're cheap plastic shit
I think you're referring to Nissan. Fords aren't by any means high class luxury, but they're not the worst out there.
Old Fords are absolute shit. I thought we were referring to new Fords.

>mfw never had any problems with nissan, electrical work or otherwise, in the 235k miles ive driven my xterra
>mfw dad had a hardbody that went past 400k miles and was still going stronk before a bus totalled it
>mfw black friend with altima who barely does routine maintenance has never had problems either, got it at 180k and its at 270k now
>mfw no face
Not sure why Veeky Forums hates on nissan so much. Ive only had good experiences with them and my local dealership. They change the oil on my xterra for cheaper than it would cost for me to buy the oil itself. Someone care to explain? Unless its all just a meme, in which case carry on

>inb4 t. nissan shill
>inb4 anecdotal evidence

I have a Nissan Xterra, too. The electronics aren't unreliable, they're just not advanced whatsoever. There's been no innovation in Nissan recently.

I have a 2010 g37 120k miles

Gps doesnt work
Radio fucks up once in a while
Back up sonar stop working
Keyless entry sensor always on (low battery)

Its not a big of a deal i dont even use these for the most part, but still bothers the fuck out of me.

I wouldnt wish this on anyone

Havent gotten a new car since my xterra, which was 2003. Seems alright to me in terms of what it offers, but maybe i just dont know whats out there in newer cars. Then again, im pretty much happy if the ac/heater works well and the radio sounds decent, which they do. I dont even have electric windows or door locks lol, so i guess i can see from the lack of advancement point of view. Still doesnt really explain the anti nissan shilling whenever someone posts a non-gtr nissan

MK1 Mr2 suspension

Have none of you plebs had the pleasure of working on Lucas Electrics? Not to mention old Magneti Mareli. You have no idea who the prince of darkness is. Nissan nor Mercedes carry that torch.

That wasn't even an option for me
>Keyless entry sensor always on (low battery)
Do you mean the remote is on low battery? Don't know how the sensor would be on low battery if it's in the car.

Again, it's a Nissan so there's not even enough options for me to have issues with them. Only electronics I would be upset with going out is the diff lock, 4wd, or power windows, none of which I've heard of any issues with in my car.

Pretty ugly, but to be fair no factory gps of any car ive been in has ever worked well enough to navigate me somewhere correctly
