What you can do is hope you have enough dps, go normal, maybe a tad slower until he does his circular aoe on like 94%, iframe that, then at around 92-91 when he will do a long ass animation you pop blue buff and burst him down. In theory it should work if people work together and save big burst skills for that alone

By dpsing him fast enough.
He sucks in spikes or whatever at 81/61/41%, if your group does enough damage you can skip all spike throwing/charging phases until 41%.
