It's not that there will be no legfest, it's that legfest and summer suits won't coincide.

FUCK how am i supposed to beat gandharva in ch 44? His attack hits for over half my characters health, if his double attack both lands on 1 character it 1 shots them, and his special wipes my party and even if I use a defensive skill that blocks damage for my party it still drops everyone to below 50% hp.

There's at least one new summer character with a surfboard shown in the famicom issue.

Star gacha ends on 29th. There will be one more gacha transition while Guild wars is still going on and while the summer suits are still available. If legfest is going to happen with summer suits it will happen on the 29th.

Legfest has never coincided with GW, ever. Also Legfest hardly ever overlaps with surprise ticket open either.

Alternatively, they could just release the gacha featuring Phantom thief after legfest. I know people usually expect a character featured gacha the same time the character stars in an event, but it also happened with Vane in the second part of the knight event being released when half of the event was finished (and people saying how surprisingly good his skillset was back then and theorize that he might be SSR but he ended up as a SR)
