lel Germany has US sized plates on individual approval by the registration office, but (unless personal contacts or bribes were involved) only if your license plate mould is size restricted on all four sides (if it's open on the bottom you have to use regular sized two line plates) AND your car came like this from the factory (no putting an American trunklid on your European model, must be an actual American import)
