Replaying Infinite right now, forgot how addictive the gameplay was for me.
Story bugs me a little, as it did before, but not as much.
I think I still prefer Bioshock 1 to this though, should I try System Shock?

I would honestly wait for the remake of System Shock 1 that should be coming out by the end of the year. Even though the Enhanced Edition is better control wise, it's still pretty bad and you can't change it.
System Shock 2 is amazing, Alot people complaine about how it's slow on the first level or 2, but the story is great, and honestly you don't need to have played the first one to know what's going on. It literally tells you what you need to know from the first game. Though differently mod it to make it look pretty.

Totally forgot that this was happening. Looking forwards to it, but I know I won't get around to it in a while. Actually haven't played Bioshock 2, so I might finish that before going on to SS2 (although I've literally heard nothing but good things about Shodan).

I'm not saying I wouldn't but she gives off serious Disney princess vibe. That's probably part of her appeal.
Should Infinite's "cinematic" ending be read as the ending of a Bioshock trilogy or a meta-ending on the entire "Shock" franchise?

It's amazing Destiny is to this day the only FPS on the planet that beats Infinite in terms of gunfeel and combat design.
I can't decide wether Infinite not having multiplayer is a tragedy, or a dodged bullet as that would have MAYBE made the game less spectacular.

It made me ultimately glad that I played Bioshock.
I'm not sure about multiplayer as well. A spin-off game with Vox versus Religious Nutjobs would likely support the sort of gun-on-gun action you'd want, but I'm not sure if plasmids could be incorporated into a multiplayer as well (which I would want).

So, I played Bioshock as a teenager when it first came out, in like 2007 I think. I was 15. I found it too hard back then, but of course, I was just starting to play games beyond Mario and Zelda at the time.
Never touched 2.
Downloaded Infinite, because my best friend at the time said it was amazing, but never played it past the intro because /v/ said it was shit. I guess I trust you guys more than my best friends?
Should I give it a go again? The series as a whole? Should I get the remastered soon, or just download the originals?

So I just beat Bioshock 2. Am I missing something? Because that ending was garbage and I cared nothing for Eleanor, would have preferred the game fleshing out Delta and being more about his character.
