TL: The FPS limiter is using a Direct X9 Render Pipeline. Which works perfectly fine with DX9 and DX10 GPUs but DX11 cards changed and so you are giving your GPU the wrong commands resulting into potential hardware failure.

I recently came back to playing the sims 4 tbqh family.

Jesus fuck after downloading 3 or 4 different versions of ts4 not a single one works probably. I guess because I don't have to actually install the game and just start it via a korean fuck launcher. Game either starts or it starts in korean. Help

I just force on V-Sync for Sims 3 through my video card settings, it seems to have the same effect.
