any pro-tips on how to improve this deck whilst still keeping the meme cards like witchdoctor and totemcarverr? i think the deck might need more spells or something. it's a lot of fun to play with though when you win

Tempo mage has been, and will forever be, a top tier deck.

It will not always be THE best, but it will always be among the best, and certainly viable till the end of time.

in classic you had aggro mages but they were pretty bad and in gvg mech mage was just better

Extremely powerful, sticky taunt. Compare to the much weaker infested tauren. As a rule of thumb, the stronger a card is, the more decks you'll see it in. Belcher was in probably 3/4+ of all decks because of how much it fucked over aggro.

Fuck this card. It almost single-handedly made secret decks viable, and made freeze/fatigue mages even more annoying.

Dr Balanced is the gold standard for OP. He was an auto include in nearly every deck and has the highest arena rating of any card iirc.
Must-have OP legendaries bring in money for blizzard, which is why they added more to replace him.

Miracle rogue. I've never really played much rogue, and miracle sounds fun as shit.

This isn't the true cancerous form of nigger priest yet since he actually plays cards, and most of them of his own.
But resurrect priest excels at ravaging greedy decks and has a better chance of withstanding aggro than the classic nigger variant.

it was strong enough that aggro """midrange""" decks played it to protect their board

one of the most broken cards in the game ever
in hunter it was bad but in mage it was just insane, freeze used it to fish them ice blocks and if tempo got a mirror entity for free it was often game

hands down the most broken big card in hearthstone
it's hard to explain just how insane this card is
the value is insane, it's impossible to deal with properly, it gives you multiple minions to attack with and costs a laughable 7 mana
if it were 8 mana it would be the strongest 8-drop by far in the game, maybe after tirion, and if it were 9 mana it would be almost viable

4 mana 7/7 is strong but not nearly as good as scientist or boom

The card works well later in the game with evolve because for 4 mana you get 4 for mana minions.
Bloodlust is the just there.

depends on how big your collection is
if you feel like most packs are just 40 dust then definitely the wing but if you're getting new cards every pack you should consider the packs

The slowest one is the Idol Raven brawl. God that was ridiculous. First they need a long time to decide if to go minion or spell, and then to decide between 3 cards. Every single turn from 1 to end was roped by the mongoloids.

Another alternative is to put in all the aoe dmg dealthrattle cards because he gets 1/1 copies of it that fuck up his board.

Sludge Belcher was the best taunt in the game bar Tirion and maybe Ancient of War. It would be retardedly broken in N'zoth decks, oh wait, it still is in wild.

Mad scientist was a quiet contender for the most bullshit card printed without nerf. Its card text sounds tame compared to Mysterious Challenger, but Mad Scientist enabled pre-standard era stars of cancer like face hunter and freeze mage to run freely on the ladder.

Dr. Boom was the card every single deck in the game played except for a few super strict combo decks, pure face decks, and most zoo lists. I don't think there is an equivalent in standard, maybe Ragnaros comes close. There wasn't anything peculiar about the card except it being just insanely strong and able to easily turn around a game. 7 mana for 9/9 split across three bodies and 2-8 random damage that was basically unavoidable unless you stole or silenced the boombots.

Actually i'm rank 13 with 40 win for 20 lose

but im kinda stuck, i cant progress, i'v lost like 5 games in a row to priest who keep using wild pyro, ressumon, and the card who heal 3 for each spell and then use the card who turn heal to dammage

what should i improve on this deck ? im definitly lacking of hex/ board clear, because when people summong cthune or big 10/10+ its really difficult if i dont get good rng early game

tldr, im stuck at 70% winrate with this deck, how to beat priest and warrior with bram

What cards have surprised you so far /hsg/?

Pic related, ran 2 of these on ladder this month, really great against other midrange decks and isn't a bad thing by its self to just throw face because of the 5 mana minion pay off.

Yeah, I meant the popularity of Boom pre-standard and Ragnaros now as a neutral legendary.
Ranaros can be pretty bullshit, but nowhere near the level of dr. Boom.
