Confuse people by 'hacking' them, the enemy team sees everybody as enemies, be it they are allies or not, for a short period of time. Throw the projectile and there, 'hacked', but said projectile can be found and destroyed.

Sombra would instantly become a must-have exclusively for her ult. The entire rest of her kit could be completely worthless and her player could literally AFK until her ult comes up and they'd still be game-defining.

I still like how Genji is the only character getting so much flank for getting nerfed (which is barely a nerf). Other characters like McCree, Mercy, Widow got their dicks ripped off.
