I have been researching for a week now and I cant decide (And Im going away this weekend so I need to by tomorrow)

Im leaning toward either Mining(then Engi)*/JC or Leatherworking/Skinning(Then Enchant)*.
(*Usually I start with a gathering prof until my guild is ready to push Mythic content, then I switch to a 2nd profession)
Anyone have any thoughts? Nothing is really jumping out at me this expac.
