76 actually had higher usage stats than all of those, Mercy some of those, when the Ana PTR stuff went live. I don't know if things changed later but this line is an exaggeration and only applies to Pharah.

I've been practicing Ana in the comp downtime and fell in love.
I've always liked Roadhog but I never practice him since he's already so stupid easy to play

not really. ana had a huge buff to her fire rate and can get off 3 shots before widow can get off two. if a widow misses a headshot on an ana duel the widow should die 100% of time unless the ana sucks.

This desu. Picks are far more valuable on early points as offense. Staying alive is more important on early defense points due to the different spawn distances. WM is better at one of these things than the other.

Later defense points she's OK because you have the spawn advantage. However if the enemy team zergs you with support ults for the final point you're completely fucking useless.
