Well, given that I think that we'll be getting them in game 2, I don't think it unreasonable to see them represented as some minor factions. Like, Estalia/Kislev style side nations to introduce some pressure into their zone, so it's not boney infighting 24/7. Otherwise, what will their enemies be? It'll just be a bunch of TK nations to conquer, and two ways north to go either leading into the orc hellhole or what would likely be chaos dorf lands.
