TS hits 2 times every 2 seconds, so 1 hit per second. Therefore to kill a 500k hp boss just by running around letting TS do its job, it needs to deal 33k damage per hit (66k per 2 seconds). You're a retard.

They're right. Disenchant is buggy, hard to land and has a 50% chance to do nothing even when it does. Giving Incinerate a 2 overheat doesn't fix the fact it's impossible to land and does mediocre damage when you do. Bloodletting is a joke and needs to have the uptime doubled.

landing an Incinerate in PvP is impossible against anyone who is half decent because the animation locks you well into it before the hitbox even comes out

AFAIK you can get Throneweaver cards from some quest involving killing throneweaver. One quest from lvl 10 i think and the other quest at lvl 90+
