If you don't whale at all/don't have any gold from friends/etc., you're going to start feeling pretty weak around late 30's/40's, since you won't be able to easily afford upgrades after Infernal. You'll pretty much just have to deal with it.

Desolate Tomb 6 man. Learning and clear party. Make sure your ap is around 550 and bring field repair kits. Be ready for lots of positional requirements, it'll be complex at first but once you understand it it's easy.
