I can say this is just a vocal minority. Supposedly we have 1m players and if there are 10k results with people complaining, that's just 1% of the player base with problems.

Why are you bringing this back up? It's undeniable the game has horrible performance issues. Even with a high end PC if you are doing something like ssp, nevermind blackwyrm, you HAVE to enable optimize for combat or else you get terrible FPS.
