How to fix Symmetra (based on analysis of interactions with other heroes):

- She primarily needs to feel more like an actual support. Her shields now, instead of simply giving +25 shields, turn half of the character's base health and armor into shields. This essentially turns her into an AoE healer, but differentiates from Lucio by not requiring LoS, proximity, or even being alive. This is balanced by the fact that only half the health can be regenerated after not taking any damage for 3 seconds and at an average pace. This combos well with characters that have base armor (Bastion, Winston, Rein, D.Va) and is an indirect buff to Torbjorn's Armor Packs, but combos poorly with characters that have base shields (Zen, Zarya, Sym), average for the rest. Not to mention the warnings when her shields break now actually mean something.
- Additionally, for those that think the shields should be a passive and the skill be more active, you could use it to instantly restore all shields you provide your team with a, say, 15sec cooldown (may vary depending on effectiveness) (stacked Symmetras still fully restore everyone's shields, but, as stated earlier, the Symmetras themselves get very little out of it).
- Replace her dumb shields provided/uptime card with a health regenerated from shields one.
- Turrets now have 40 HP each. This prevents them from being destroyed from things like stray D.Va/Reaper fire 30m away or a McCree flashbang, but are still easy to take out with a Winston, Junkrat, Pharah and can be individually shot down by most of the cast.

Mercy pocketed me yesterday and helped fantastically. She wasn't on me the whole time but most of it.
