It's been a bit since I played, but here's what I remember

How could shirokuma drive big bang monokuma? What was the point of Hajime showing up? No explanation of how they obviously faked the deaths of all those family members. If Monica was broadcasting the whole thing from the tower, why does literally NO ONE contact future foundation and tell them that Towa group made the monokumas etc? This would just as easily cause a war, it doesn't even have to be someone trying to cause a war, maybe someone trying to contact them to find a way to free the kids of the masks. How did Nagito gain the trust of the kids? How did he know how to cripple the hacking gun (a technology he likely has never seen as it was brand new).

I'm sure if I replayed it, I'd find more
