the story is so important in Odin Sphere that (actual spoilers) the game ends in a sad note, and the little girl that was reading it changes some events to rewrite the story and get the real ending , you change those events by picking the right playable character to fight against some bosses. You wont know the order until you get everyone's POV of the story since a good guy for a character might be a bad guy for another character

I confirmed it worked by seeing that my NNID was transferred. emuNAND to emuNAND transfer has been confirmed to work for some time now. However you will probably have to re-install your games and such. I'd also recommend backing up any saves you feel are important.
