Face textures aren't too bad, just follow the path on the left and you'll eventually find where to put them in. Just make sure in the Render>Settings menu you've added the texture folder you're actually getting the textures you want from. Glowing eye mesh isn't too hard, it's a very easy tweak you make in NifSkope under BSLightingShaderProperty.

Well I think its established I like the greenish tinted skin. So keep that, the way your lighting works black hair may not be the best option since it became totally black. Id say go with a shade a brown for the hair. The purple eyeshadow is nice, makes her look tired but in a good way. Make up I have no idea, my opinion wouldnt be to good on that.
