The short 88 is ok since the buff.
The turret also bounces quite a few things.

The engine power is the real issue. It's a support heavy but kinda too slow to do that properly. Use your reserbes and get this one over with quickly, it gets better afterwards.

So im doing missions and the only ones giving me trouble are the LT missions. What are some good LT or strategies to do them? Im using the 56-16 right now. Im stuck on the first platoon mission.

I did most LT missions in the T71 and some in the 13 90. T71 is the comfiest light tank though.

I don't have any T7 mediums, are they as bad as they look? Barely any of them have over 150 penetration, and the ones that do have shit DPM.

The VK30.02D is fun to drive, struggles a with pen, but you can make it work.

Tier 7 medium is suboptimal regardless of which line you go for though.

SS is pretty huge for an LT.
Should always be 1st skill. If you are an F2P'r I would even say train it from the start instead of camo so you get it sooner.

But it isn't mandatory to complete the missions. Just always assume that you got spotted, unless you are at long range and have a bush for cover.
And don't try to contest common scouting locations without it. Far more likely to get spotted by an enemy light without noticing if you do.

They are all bad for various reasons, stuck in a tier where the heavy tanks & TDs start to get nasty.

The 34-1 & A44 get acceptable guns for the tier, but the 34-1 is a pretty shit platform, and the 44 has abysmal gun handling.
The rest just suffer from poor pen & alpha for the tier.

And then theres the Chi-Ri.
The less said about it the better.
