Fletchers are in a good place, mergen1 seems like a great class that complements world bossing since Arrow Rain is like a 30-multihit skill that you just cast and forget.

I'm seeing a lot more Necro 1s these days. Is it because Necro1Warlock is a popular build or are there going to be a million skeletons in every group once R8 drops? I swear I've had at least 3 Shoggoths in every group I've been in.

r8 areas aren't that much better than current areas for shekel farming so people are getting preped

Most people who make the effort to get to r7 seem to do it for necro farming, alchemists, and templars.

It fires a lot of arrows over a large area, so if you cast it on a boss who has a fuckhuge hitbox, every single arrow will hit the boss.

How is Mergen? Both archer r8 classes seem cool, but I've heard they're underwhelming. I already have an archer2rangerscout, so going Hakkapälle isn't the best idea I guess (how the fuck do I even build one)

They have some pretty powerful burst but their CD's are fuckhuge and not as strong as C2 Musket.

They're a good complimentary class for scout3 and Fletcher3 though.

It might get buffed in the future like how Fletcher did, who knows.
