Yeah, they're really good. They're basically stealth/puzzle games with the puzzle aspect in the forefront. I highly recommend them.
If you want game suggestions, I'd recommend:

>Contracts
>Blood Money
>2016 (the new episodic game)
This is listed in order of release but I'd recommend you play them in reverse order as the earlier games are much more difficult to get into so this would be a proper way to ease you into the series.

That aren't bad but would recommend playing only if you want more of the series because they're departures from the core of the series or strange at times.

Mate, the last Hitman game came out December 8th, 2015 and got released episodically. We're still getting content from that.
