The halos are part of a KR-only referral program. They get all sorts of free awesome shit based on how many points they get from it. You get a few from referring people to the game, but you gain the bulk of it from those people playing the game and progressing. I figure the reason that all other regions don't have the program is that the KR accounts are tied to Korean SSNs and/or verified personal addresses. All other regions could abuse the system with account spam.

Monk is based. Useful party buffs and charged Tigerclaw is one if not the strongest skill in the game.
