I want an XRS so bad
I'd take a matrix xrs or vibe GT at this point

I actually have no idea.

That looks familiar.

Indeed. Brutally uninspired functionality.

waddup

What's stopping you?

Rare, have never seen one despite a year of searching

>S54B32

Noice

I think most of them are here in socal.

As usual there is nothing good in Miami

I'd sell you mine, in looking at getting an mr2.

Redline was 2low, moved the rev-limiter to 7200.

Captcha ate pic.

...

anyone else v8

Tach rev limiter is like 8k while the engine redlines at 8.5

Nice M

Frs

Not my pic but this.

Don't troll me

>All these redlines under 8k RPM

It's a FWD, I4, 109hp econobox m8, of course it's redline will be below 8k. An even then I think it's theorical, I'm afraid engine's gonna blow up if I push it above 6.5K.

>hes a honda driver

...

>redlining your bike as soon as you turn it on
cool desu

all bikes do that on startup

all bikes redline on startup???

...

>I'll take gauge sweeping on startup for $500, Alex.

Not really dude.

All praise Toyota, Yamaha, and their bastard child, the 2ZZ-GE

Gauge cycle check.

>mfw

Beat me to it. Most super sports do it.

I'm sure I'll hit it eventually

Can I post this too? All ninety revolutions of fury.

Bonus round; it's not Diesel Fuel Oil.

Is that a yaris without a tach?

Gaaaaaayyyyy

Honda
BMW
Does anyone else make a decent engine?
>inb4 rotary
I said decent

Do you even rev?

ITR?

Like I said only Honda and BMW can make decent engines...well Honda used to lol

Anything Yamaha partners up with always turns out fantastic.
Fuck me why can't Yamaha start making cars

8k Master Race
>wankels need not apply

Fixing this at the moment. Engine runs and absolutely screams. Just got a problem with the brakes and alignment. Needs the needles raised too, hesitates a bit.

...

>bike
>alignment
dude, either someone reassembled your triple wrong or that shit was wrecked hard. there is not such thing as an alignment on a bike

$$$

8K BMW Master Race checking in.

Just on the bench to polish the plastic face.

I would if you weren't across the country.
I forgot to mention I'd drop a 2zz in the mr2.

Your redline is actually 7500 bruh, sorry you ain't in the club.

But you are an honorary member for owning the coolest M3 on earth.

wait, actually 7250. still, on behalf of M fags ur okay with me

Rear wheel alignment is a thing. Handlebars are also not straight, not bent though if that makes sense.

It was hit by a car last year and we both got wrecked hard. I've been fixing it and got a donor bike on the way to pull the back end from.

Only got three or four things left to do. But it runs and moves.

>tach goes to 9
>redline is 7

It's genuinely 8K lads. Alpina 2.7 M20 with custom tuning.

Cluster is hybrid of lots of things! Fuel gauge is out of a South African E30 as I've got a long range fuel tank as well, speedo is in kph with the original chassis mileage (291xxx k's), M3 tacho / oil temp, normal E30 water temp gauge. Red M3 needles on all gauges.

dude, your bike is fucked. come on, rear wheel alignment is not a thing, even if you can adjust the location square nuts ensure straightness, crooked bars left to right mean your triple is fucked. your bike is totalled.

Dope bro, post pics

It cleared an inspection. Bars aren't crooked. Just gotta straighten the clip ons.

We might be using different terminology for things. It runs straight, just getting slight rear brake drag due to a VERY slight angle. Should be an easy fix.

Either way I have a donor bike organized so worst case I'll pull the engine and drop it into the new body.

It went for testing after I fixed the main jet. Revs to 19500rpm once it's warm. Blew a similar engine going to 22000rpm lol. Ate its valve springs.

Gotcha, if your brake is dragging your caliper needs rebuilt, that is not an alignment issue. I mean it could be crooked bolt wise but likely you have a sticky piston.

Haven't really got anything to hand right now as I'm in a different country at the moment ha. You get the idea though.

Standard formula for M20 power - Alpina head with blue printed internals, 288 cam, big throttle, forged crank/rods/pistons, big exhaust.

Next step will be individual throttles and a carbon airbox, but I'm happy for now.

Only get dragging once it's got weight. When it's off the ground everything runs smooth with no drag.

I'm not fussed either way really. Got a new bike already, been trying to fix it for fun. Did the wiring with pliars and a bottle opener.

muh nigga

temp gauges are also for bitches

s'allright

Corollafag posting. This baby gets up to 80mph quick! Much faster than my 4cyl truck.

What the fuck bike revs that high? I wanna hear it!

Get on my level, plebs.

Are you me? I'm planning to get one as a project as well. It seems like a good candidate for babby's first engine swap.

youtube.com/watch?v=W-EJ2GNQ5-Y
youtube.com/watch?v=ctf-CFOJn2w

Makes ~46hp. Cylinders are only about 62cc each.

That's the same bike the user posted I replied too? Huh... still neat.

This is mine:

The insurance company said the engine was seized, so it was a good day.

>find xrs
>its 5k
>only got 3k
fuck me up senpai

It's about as simple as it gets for engine swaps.
Save up those shekels.

>implying there will be anyway to save shekels

The glory days of Honda are long gone, they've become an even worse Toyota.

It's an ITR doe.

As the car warms up, the redline shifts and moves higher up. That seems to be an E60 M5, so it's actual redline when warmed up is 8,250. (Seems to rev to 8,500 in practice though)

That's a really cool bike user! Hopefully you get her back top notch soon!

Mah nigga

Pleb level

The redline changes based on engine temp poorboy. You know, lights and shit

Meh, pleb redline but displacement makes up for it, you are faster than all but maybe two cars ITT

Fuck bro. Drop in the /bmw/ general if you don't already. Car is gorgeous.
