This was a 50k top of the line interior in 2004

>this was a 50k top of the line interior in 2004
It's just so fucking plain and boring.

for a moment I thought that was a buick lucern, the interior looks almost exactly the same as my grandfather's 2006 model

>Audi
>there are unironically people who pay top dollar for a VW in a suit

I mean, it serves it's purpose. Everything still works, and it's comfortable.
I was just expecting a bit more for so much money at the time, especially since it's a German"luxury" car.

Sweet Buick, holmes.

what else does it need? show us something from the same era that's better then.

It's plain and boring but I'd imagine the materials and fitment are all nice. My WRX's interior looks nice to me but the materials are cheap and the worst part is that it rattles in a new area every time I turn the car on.

Being that model started in 1999, I'd say it's more of a 1999 interior.
I mean, look at what simply moving up to a 2005 does to the interior.

>It's just so fucking plain and boring
I bet you're the kind of retard that wants the inside of his car look like that of a spaceship.

No, not at all.
I mean even
Is much better

This is how you do a comfy spaceship interior.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with that. Stop being a kid that wants
>muh edges
And
>muh carbon fiber

The worst part is the chrome rounded edge shift knob bezel.

only armchair enthusiasts care about interiors.

either you like it or you dont

>so fucking plain and boring
Well.
I'd love current things to be this plain and boring. I like the existing ones but most of them are will age quickly.

>Top of the line
>Unleaded fuel only

Nice try

3rd gen acura TL had a nice interior.

W210 is best interior.
Nice and clean. No crazy 3 foot thick dashboards

>people used to consider this mercedes luxurious in the 70s

Times really have changed.

>dashboard cracking intensifies

This picture is giving me feels. The passage of time is a motherfucker. At one time this was someone's pride and joy. They probably spent many weekends wiping and shining on it.

Fuck yourself faggot.
It's an S-Line.

Actually, I find the opposite to be true. Bus-riding benchracers generally ignore the interior, ergonomics, drivability, muh feels etc and focus on numbers alone. People who actually own cars are concerned with what it's like to actually be in one.

>that plastic clusterfuckery

Am I supposed to be impressed by this?

yeah, daily driving in one.
aka who cares.

you cant have an objective discussion on interiors.
some people like trim.. some dont
some people like utilitarian, others "features".

From a distance the yellow cap looks like a smiley face :)

It's probably comfy

Most modern cars either are covered in stupid buttons and look like spaceships, or are covered in fake wood and look gaudy. The GMC truck I'm buying has an interior that looks like a newer version of this.

2004 Jaguar XJ8
The outside may have been stubby but this interior is fine as fuck. Better than a 2004 Bentley.

Starting to miss the smell of my 95 XJ6. Connolly leather has such a rich scent. It just smells like money.

Fuck, why couldn't that thing be 1000lbs lighter and have a manual transmission.

>tfw have the white one
>mine will never be this clean

I don't give a shit what you are.
Fuck off.
