Too bad they break down once you go past 5 feet.

...

noice

They are unbelievably slow. The 2L 16v turbo with the Integrale motor was a better car in every respect.

too bad they break down after you go 2.5 feet

The one in the pic is mine lol

I like euro wagons. Even with all the hand grenade potential, the 2003/2004 Passat W8 wagon has a special place in my heart.

My '08 535xit did well enough with a tune. Caught a few cars off-guard. Good times.

Superturbo'd W124 Mercedes Benzes

>shit I pull out my ass - the post

tell that to the fuck huge community who's driving these mods for literally decades.

I agree with the speed6 or the Taurus SHO(the older gen especially).
Is it true the 6s like to blow rods?

Toyota Caldina GT-T
>Japanese version of the Avensis station wagon
>GT-T model comes with the engine and drivetrain from the ST205 Celica GT-Four
>never sold outside of Japan
>tfw you'll never drive a Celica station wagon

REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Yes and no. They had issues with fuel pumps not providing pressure at WOT (direct injected vehicle so not getting nearly the volume of fuel in cylinders that you need, runs lean, detonation, knock, rod damage). However, I upgraded my fuel pump after starting to notice the drop in fuel pressure issue at WOT. Changed spark plugs, I'm running some seafoam through it right now so it runs like shit sometimes but we'll see about the next tank. I badly need a tune as my car is far from stock.

TL;dr they're not as tough as subarus but if you don't turn up the boost too much on stock internals and make sure to keep an eye on (or just preemptively replace) the fuel pump, they're fine.

toyota jzx100 chaser

My old Safari was a sleeper.Lowered it 2 inches, put on a large turbo+better exhaust and it would outrun most of the bro-dozers around town.

from what I understand it could come 4wd with a 1jzgte, I saw a 500hp one for sale near me such a nice car

>any of these
>sleepers

ffs sleepers don't have fucking sports wings and hood scoops on them you dense faggots

>sleepers have to be RWD
No.

those turds are super solid

...

A good amount of those cars come stock with fake scoops, and useless spoilers, but I imagine the anons actually got them in proper order, and plus no on is going to care about a wing, or hood scoop when most shitty cars have them.

>Mazdaspeed6
>sports wings and hood scoops

u wat?

...

i want one of these so badly

>SHO
>family sedan with more power than a 370Z

U wot m8

I prefer Mk.ii's they look less sportier than a Chaser

The X100 Cresta looks even more unassuming, and the X110 Verossa looks like some sort of mildly upmarket executive sedan.

...

Granted the hood scoop is a bit of a giveaway, but a stock, let alone worked XT is a wild thing.

Maybe that's why Cresta's are so forgetable or is it that they made less of them?

I'm debating myself to get this one

The Cresta was supposed to be the luxury variant of the X platforms. I'd imagine it just didn't sell as well as the Chaser. The Verossa was supposed to be its successor and they knifed that because it didn't sell well too.

Racist as fuck.

Metallic paint is so overdone nowadays.

I'd say even this. Just on a different level.

Fastest vehicle you could buy new in 1991 was a compact light-duty pickup.

That's what I heard, the fuel pumps and some weak suspension components are the faults of the car. I was about to check one out and literally the day before I ran into a guy that owned one and asked him about reliability and stuff. He seemed like he knew his shit but he had to replace the engine TWICE (even had the receipts). Really cool cars and have great potential, the FWD-biased drivetrain is kind of a let down but I can see the point of it. Do you ever notice it?

The FWD-biased AWD? Not really, no. It doesn't piss around about sending power to the back. It's never not sent it to the back until after I needed it or something like that. The AWD system works great. Holds well in the winter and though the car is supposed to under steer under heavy load, the only time I've had it do anything funny in a corner, the back actually kicked out which was super easy to control. I bought mine for $7500 because it was cheaper than a WRX. I don't regret it either. Leather, heated seats, power everything, decent sound system, mine came with a Cobb Accessport, only 63k on the body and ~35k on the motor (it got blown up and was bought by a shop owner I know. He swapped in a 2010 mazdaspeed3 motor and his wife drove it for 2 years before I bought it)

Flex

The ecoboost, obviously.
