Capitalism evil?

I live in a liberal state and all these Bernie sanders supporters insist capitalism is evil and favors the rich, what is the deal here? Can you guys defend capitalism?

When considering capitalism you merely have to consider its alternatives to make the argument. There are only a few other prominent social systems so it doesn't take long.

Only one corporation, the government. The government expects everyone to work and provides equal welfare to everybody. Ideally this would stop industrialists and nobles from taking advantage of their positions and would eliminate a ruling class. In practice, the party becomes the ruling class and the large beaureaucratic organisation horrendously mismanages day-to-day functions of industry.

Basically, the point is - whether you work for a noble, an industrialist, the party, or a CEO/board, there's always someone on top.

The benefit of capitalism is the advancement opportunity.

Don't like it? Become the boss man by starting your own business and start building assets.

Are they drinking Starbucks?

Are they using Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, or any other such service made and maintained by a major corporation for the purpose of profit?

My family immigrated from a socialist country to the US. All the retards who dream of muh socialism are idiots who never experienced it. Socialism made my home country into a wasteland. They'll never know what it means to wait 6 hours in line to get some moldy bread, half a sausage, and some cheese to feed a family of 12 for a whole month. They're complete morons who don't know how to appreciate the freedom that comes with capitalism. You're smart, you work hard you succeed. And if they think that socialism would work today because of "better leadership" they need to take their heads out of their asses and realize that Bernie Oldballs and any other politician literally could not give any less of a shite about you, the people. You can't fix this problem, there are too many stupid people in the world.
