How beneficial chrono is for flecher? I play with 3 other friends and we want to start WBing. Our flecher is pretty good and we managed to get some WBs cubes before, but the highly contested ones this isn't possible

I'm planning to make a class that can help more than my Druid, since I think that boosting Flecher abilities to kill might be more important than I do them myself. I was planning to go chronolinker, but I'm not sure if I should go chrono 3 or linker 3.

On Fencer, would full dex be better or is it more efficient to supplement it with some str?

All the videos of the c3 Fencers I've seen on kToS tend to have over 400 dex and usually have about a max of 80 or so str.
