What gameplay mods do you guys use? I got just Duel but the game feels mostly the same still, and the stagger system is really weird, I could perma stagger a centurion the other day with a 2h mace without it being able to fight back.

Man, level scaling really is one of the worst things for a good rpg

Not only does it take away from the feeling of growing stronger, but having shithead bandits with demon slayer-tier weapons and armor and a fuckload of liches in every dungeon really takes you out of things, and don't even get me started on fucking goblins becoming arrow/stab sponges.

It's really not any worse than it's ever been.

Can you fix it by changing the vertex shading? That just looks like a sharp change from a dark shade to a neutral shade.
